Quality policy
How we control what reaches the workplace: rigs built in-house, sessions run by professionals, and the standard stated experience by experience.
Updated in September 2026.
What is being measured
The quality of an immersive experience is not measured by the equipment that gets deployed. It is measured by what the worker does differently the next day, at their workstation, with nobody watching.
That gives the three fronts we control: the simulator taken to the site, the person who runs the session, and the content being trained.
The rigs are built in-house
The simulators are not bought ready-assembled from a third party. They are designed and built at WAYFACTORY, our own plant in Itagüí, Antioquia.
Building in-house changes two things. A rig can be repaired, adjusted and updated without waiting on a supplier's calendar in another country. And the setup adapts to the client's real space, which is almost never a classroom: it is a warehouse, a parking lot or an operations yard.
The technical and human infrastructure is our own. That is the commitment the company's DNA states, and it is what holds up everything else on this page.
Who runs the session
A simulator with nobody to read it teaches nothing. Every experience comes with professionals from the relevant field, and that person is part of what is delivered, not an extra quoted separately.
The guide's job is to read what happened during the session and give it back to the worker while the feeling is still fresh. Without that, all you have is an entertaining hour and nothing more.
The content and the standard it cites
Experiences with a regulatory framework state it on their spec sheet, with the number of the resolution or technical standard that applies. When an experience cites no standard it is because there is none, not because it was left out.
The same rule governs the rest of the site. A figure without a checkable source does not get published.
How to report a complaint
Any problem with a rig, with a session or with scheduling is received at Contactenos@waygroup.co.
It is the same contact channel as the rest of the site. There is no separate mailbox for quality and no separate form to hunt down.
Status of this document
The formal quality policy document has not been published yet. What you read above is an operating summary, written from the company's DNA and from how the work is done today.
The SGS seal published on this site identifies the ISO 9001:2015 standard and certificate CO26/00000012.
When the formal document is published, this page will link to it and become its summary.
